Paris in January | Photo Diary + Vlog

Better late than never, right? Last year I went on a trip to Paris with my BFF, with a day trip to London in between, and shortly after… disaster struck. My hard drive crashed and I lost all video footage and most of my photos. I recently recovered a few clips and thus this mini vlog was born!  Please like and subscribe to my channel for more travel + beauty videos coming soon.

NYC in January | Photo Diary + Vlog

Short, but sweet.  Its starting to seem like I’ll never be in New York for more than three days at a time.  I think if I managed to stay a full week, I would never want to leave.  My best friend and I made a brief layover in New York on the way to Europe for the chance to enjoy early Winter in the city for a few days.  Although I

i-D: Model Mother Tongue

Lately I’ve been really enjoying this How To Learn Languages With Models video series by British magazine i-D.  Even though you obviously won’t be fluent by the end of each installment, they’re fun and each filmed in a different quirky style.  There are 10 videos in the still-growing series; here are some of my favorites… Attends, ou est le vin rouge?

Oahu, Hawaii | Time-lapse

As I start to pack for my trip to Asia on Monday, I can’t help but think about how long it’s been since I’ve been back home on Oahu.  I think this is the longest I’ve been away since moving.  Sad face… heres a dreamy time-lapse vide of the North Shore of Oahu to help ward off the homesickness.     xxLK

Venice Beach, CA | Photo Diary

Just got back from a quick getaway to Venice Beach, California.  Candis (our bride-t0-be) and her bridesmaids planned a beautiful beach house bachelorette party for a few days.  Most people would probably head to Vegas for a bachelorette party instead of away, but relaxing on the beach one month before her destination wedding in Thailand couldn’t have been a more perfect idea.  Road trips aren’t so bad with a some snacks, Mariah Carey, and the

New York, New York in 3 Days

I finally made it to New York. I admit that despite being one of the top cities in the world, New York was never at the top of my travel list. Shows like Friends, Gossip Girl, and How I Met Your Mother may have romanticized the city for me for years, but it wasn’t until one of my best friends moved there after college that I knew I had to make a trip. On that note– everyone please congratulate Soohee Cho on admissions to Parsons The New School for Design for her masters in design studies!!! While I would love to give you an in-depth and well-rounded shopping, dining and entertainment guide to the city… I offer you instead this short and sweet, “How to experience NY in 3 days.”
